I've used this account for around 6 years.KakaoTalk is a messaging and video calling app. I sent a "Other General Inquiries" message to customer service, but still no reply.ĭoes anyone know how to resolve this quickly? I need this account for work and to talk to my family in Korea. I tried logging in to KakaoStory, I was able to do it successfully but it didn't help me get in to my Talk account. I tried resetting my password but it didn't help. I've been unable to login for the last day. I was able to get a verification code and verify the number, but when I went to sign in with my username and password it said "this account is temporarily disabled". So I downloaded textnow and created a phone number and used that. No matter what I did it wouldn't let me proceed with my number. This time I got a message saying a verification text could not be sent to this number. My US phone number was verified without a problem, but I didn't get promoted to restored my chat backup, so 2 days later, I decided to log out to resign back in so I could restore my back up. I recently came to the US for a short trip so I switched my Kakao account over to my US phone.
